Hello!
I’m Samantha, I’m a married mother of two teenagers(B19 & G13).
I have previously worked as a registered children’s nurse, so I have lots of experience caring for children of all ages .
I have a current enhanced DBS certificate. I have completed paediatric CPR and Anaphylaxis training (online).
I have completed level 3 safeguarding training (adult and children) and I have recently passed a paediatric first aid training course (12 hours).
I am passionate about children’s learning, children’s mental health and well-being, healthy eating and exercise.
I have lots of experience supporting new parents and also supporting families experiencing, caring for newborns, toddlers and older children. I also have experience looking after children with SEN, medical and emotional needs.

My Experience
I have over twenty years experience working with children and families. I have previously worked as a children’s nurse looking after sick children in a hospital, worked within health visiting, immunisation teams and also I am a mother to two teens, one of which has ADHD and dyslexia.

Children’s nursing qualification (2005).
Paediatric first aid qualification (12 hour course) (2025).
Relax kids course completed during Covid (online).

My Fees
- Babysitting from £21.00 per hour
- Nannying from £21.00 per hour (gross)
Self employed
Maternity nurse, nanny(when I am working for more than 3 families) and night nanny positions, £27-£30 gross per hour ( depending on what hours are required).
Please message me regarding proxy nanny rate and availability.
I may consider a contracted nanny role depending on the gross salary and parents will need to use a payroll company.
I have an enhanced DBS and I am registered on the renewal service.
I have professional and public insurances.
I have a paediatric first aid qualification (June 2025).
Currently looking into registering with Ofsted for future nanny roles.
