Caring, kind & nurturing yet firm, Mel is an exceptional childminder & babysitter. She has been my 5 year olds childminder since she was one & is completely adored. Mel always ensures that a child's needs are met, not just educationally but also emotionally. Mel has also babysat on many occasions for my disabled daughter and her empathy, whilst also being pragmatic, is second to none. Mel is always one to go above & beyond & we see her as part of our family.
