Hello, Thank you for taking the time to read my profile. My name is Charlotte, I am 43 years old. I currently Nanny for a wonderful family in Hinchley wood, they have two girls, aged 5 and 11 I have been with them for 5 years. I feel I would be an asset to a family as i have a lovely bubbly personality, I am loyal, Trustworthy, Hard working, punctual and have a willingness to learn new things and to meet new people.
My Experience
I have 28 years experience working in childcare. In this time I have worked with many children of a variety of ages. I have previously worked in a private day nursery as a Nursery room supervisor, I was in charge of looking after 16 children on a daily basis along with a team of 5 staff, a few of my responsibility included administering perscribed medications, taking temperatures, contacting parents by phone call, meeting with parents, doctors, nurses, students etc.
I also had a group of key children, I had to make sure their daily forms were completed for their parents, write daily observations on each child, these get logged in their learning journeys, write reports on each child for parents evening,also plan activities on a weekly basis following the EYFS ( Early years foundation stage). I worked in a nursery setting from 1996-2013.
In January 2013 I became a sole charge Nanny, I find nannying such an enjoyable experience and love the one to one attention you can give the children you care for.
I love being outdoors, visiting the park, boat trips, picnics and play dates with other Nannys.
I became a parent myself in September 2022, I have a wonderful, fun, happy, very sweet natured daughter Elsie. I have never felt love like it!
I would be looking for a wonderful family that my daughter and I could become part of.
I think becoming a parent changes your mind set and helps you become an even better Nanny to the lovely little ones we look after.

I am a mum currently looking for a nanny and would use Charlotte in a heart beat.
She has looked after my youngest daughter in her current role and is not only loving and caring towards the children she also runs the room and staff excellently ensuring that they all give outstanding care.
I am totally gutted that I can't offer Charlotte full time work otherwise I would have her as a nanny for my own children!
