My Summary

My Experience

I completed the NVQ Level 3 in Childcare & Education course at Newbury College. I did several placements during that time.

After qualifying i went on to work in a private nursery in the toddler room, I worked there for 2 and a half years. It was very fulfilling, i was sad to leave but i wanted to move on to something new to extend my experience.

I've nannied for over 13 years but recently before having my son I was working for an agency as cover in local nurseries (September 2024 - April 2025).

I'm currently working 4 days a week at a local nursery (January 2026 - present).

I worked with 4 families when nannying over the last 13 years.

2 children aged 2 & 3 years when starting (Sept 2012 - Dec 2021)
3 children aged 1, 4 & 5 years when starting (Sept 2014 - June 2017)
2 children aged 1 & 4 years when starting (June 2017- Jan 2019)
2 children aged 1 when starting and another born in 2021 (January 2019 - October 2024)

I've also done occasional babysitting for my nanny families and friends.

My Qualifications

- NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education

- Paediatric First aid (Valid till August 2027)

My Availability

I'm looking at the potential of going back into nannying if the family are happy with my son joining me for some of the time. I have some family help during the week.

Looking at up to 4 full days or an after school role. Some flexibility with this.

My Fees

• Nannying from £18.00 per hour (gross)

Happy to discuss but looking at £18-20ph depending on the position.
