About Me
My name is Sarah i live with my husband Danny and our 4 children Joseph who is 19, Isaak who is 16,Nylah who is 9 years old and Sienna (know as cece) who is 4 all in full time education. I am 39 years old and have wanted to work with children since i was very young. I am an Ofsted registrated childminder and have been for over 15 years now. I love my job and as the mother of 4, 2 being young children i value the importance of high quality early years child care and wish to be able to use my skills and knowledge to be able to provide this for other children enabling their parents to work in the knowledge that their children are being well cared for in a safe, stimulating learning environment.
I have an assistant named Sian who has been working with me since September, now all the new children have settled we would like to offer our afternoon sessions from 1pm -4pm (please note there is no availability for children under 1 years old)
I expect child care vouchers, tax free childcare and can also do invoice to fit in with universal credit dates.
I except the funding for children from 9months to 4 years. They get to socialise, make friends, play, learn, explore and express themselves in a home from home environment. I offer morning, afternoon and day sessions.
I have a set topic each half term which I plan all activities and outings around, I let parents know of what we will be doing and lots of photos to follow of your little treasures enjoying taking part and having fun with their friends.

My Experience
I have 4 children of my own and I have been childminding for 15 years. before having my own children i have looked after a friends little girl for 4 months whilst she was looking for a childminder, baby sat for a number of people i was also an au pair for a family with 4 year old twins and a new baby.
I also have lots of experience with twins as there are 3 sets in my family two identical and one set unidentical. I have also looked after identical twin boys as a childminder.

Sarah is a very dedicated childcare provider and has been a god send to providing a safe space for my son whilst myself and my partner work full time. My son absolutely loves going and always asks am I going to Sarah's which is so reassuring for me, it was so hard to let someone else care for my son on days that I couldn't but Sarah has been so reassuring and I always know my son is happy, safe and his needs are met. He has come on leaps and bounds from attending Sarah's and has been there nearly 2 years I am very grateful. Communication is excellent and she will always try to give you guidance and advice when needed. My son will miss attending when he starts Nursery in September but he is excited about his new journey and I'm so pleased to know he will still be seeing you and his friends through the holidays. Thank you 🙂

My little girl Isabel joined with Sarah earlier this year and she has absolutely loved her days with Sarah from the very start.
Sarah is very professional and the children are at the forefront of her mind at all times!
Sarah is kind, caring & compassionate and looks after each child in an individual way that caters to their own needs.
Sarah spends all of her time organising fun days out & delicious, interesting foods to eat for lunch. Isabel has been a fussy eater but since starting with Sarah she is the best eater there. Isabel counts down the sleeps until she is going to see “my Sarah” again. Isabel has made plenty of friends and has built even more confidence with socialising and developing friendships.
I am always updated with what’s going on & pictures are sent to me at the end of the day so I get to see what she has been up too.
Isabel loves playing with Sarah’s own children. Isabel now attends three days with Sarah and loves every minute of it!

arah is a rare gem, a wonderful childminder who our son adored! Even after our first visit jj was so settled and comfortable with her.jj has been with Sarah since he was 2 yrs old she has helped him with his speech and language help potty training him with in a week.jj loves going there 4 days a week it give me peace of mind when I am at work that he is very happy and always busy with fun activities she does and outings very week. He is good to really miss going there when he starts school in September
I was impressed with her preperation too, equal if not surpassing the information we get from his nursery school she sent us home with a CD of all her policies. It is clear that Sarah takes her role very seriously providing us with weekly plans of fun activities and itineraries to keep the children busy. She networks with other childminders and they get together weekly giving the opportunity for the children to socialise with other children. Weekly outings are also planned.
Sarah is ultra organised, her home is spotless and her family welcoming. She shows unquestionable dedication to her role and the children she cares for. She will be a hard act to follow and has certainly raised the bar in my expectations of what a stimulating, loving and high quality environment childminders can provide.
