About Me
I am a working mother with two primary school aaged children of my own.I enjoy travelling,cooking,swimming and watching films.I have lived in Slough for over 30 years.I am able to provide references and have a full DBS check.
My Experience
I have worked as a primary school teacher for approximately 23years.During this time I have taught most of the primary age range 4-11 year olds.I have also been a private one to one tutor for many years,which has included tutoring children for the new CEM 11 plus test.
My Qualifications
Bachelor of education with honours from Reading University 1992
My Availability
Mainly after school and at weekends.
Also some school holidays.

My Fees
£15-£20 per hour this includes all materials and travelling costs.Fees negotiable depending on age of child and duration that the tuition is required for.I offer a free half an hour initial assessment before commencing any tuition.

Tara has been working with my 6 yr old daughter for the past 3 months and she is amazing. My daughter loves her, and she has boosted my daughters confidence massively. Tara is extremely patient and tailors each lesson to suit my childs needs. We would highly recommend her.
Overall
Tara has only been tutoring my son for just over a month and already my son has gained so much confidence and has improved drastically in English and Maths! Superb quality teaching and highly recommended. We've had tutors in the past but nothing compared to Taras teaching quality.
