Mary Poppins! Jenny is fantastic

I am afraid the earlier review by my ex-wife cannot be taken seriously. She terminated Jenny's contract after almost 4yrs of amazing care of our son (and my ex-wife's eldest son by a previous marriage), purely to make life difficult for me. This review is nothing but an unkind way of justifying her actions after I asked for the family courts and CAFCASS to get involved. Even then Jenny accepted her decision with dignity and diplomacy.
Jenny is much loved by our two boys, she has been a constant and positive influence on their lives and she will continue to do so when our son is with me. She is a pleasure to have around, she is professional, courteous, kind, safe and attentive. To be honest we struggled to get her to actually bill us for all the overtime and extras she did. She has looked after our nieces and nephews, our friends kids, our house, our dog, she has come on holiday with us and taken our son on holiday with her. I cannot say enough good about her as a person and a nanny and I would happily give her a glowing reference or answer any questions anyone might have. You and your kids would be lucky to have Jenny in your lives.

Untrustworthy and dishonest

Unfortunately I had a very bad experience with Jenny. She was my nanny for three years, with a break in between for medical reasons. When she returned she failed to provide suitable supervision for my child and also charged me for childcare hours, which she never worked. Once I discovered what had been happening I asked her to leave. She was extremely unprofessional in the process and I would caution anyone looking for a reliable nanny to take proper references and ask for a DBS check.
