My Experience

During my 25+ years in the childcare profession I have covered all childcare life.

I have worked for all age groups, in two nurseries, being room leader and Deputy Supervisor in both of these.

For 10 years, I was a nanny. This has both been with parents working from home, and as a sole carer. I looked after a newborn through to teenagers. My role included setting up playdates, helping with homework, juggling and organising extra curricular and age appropriate activities and outings.

For 14 years I was a childminder,welcoming children to my home,creating a home from home environment. Following the EYFS and registered with Ofsted. We would go on trips out to the park,local toddlergroups,play dates with other childcarers and parents,make art and crafts,local walks in nature and some fun trips further afield like The Look Out,Beale Park,Butterfly World and Farm,Museums and Frensham Pond.

• Nannying from £18.00 per hour (gross)

Babysitting rates are £18p/hr
