My Experience

I am a passionate and dedicated childcare professional with many years of experience working with children across nursery, nannying and other childcare settings. Caring for and supporting children has always been something I genuinely enjoy, and I find it extremely rewarding to play a positive role in their development, confidence and happiness.

I am particularly passionate about recognising that every child is unique and has their own individual needs, personality and way of learning. I believe children thrive when they feel safe, valued, understood and encouraged, and I always take the time to build positive, trusting relationships with the children in my care.

Throughout my career, I have supported children of different ages, backgrounds and abilities, including children with additional needs. I pride myself on being patient, nurturing, attentive and adaptable, ensuring my approach is centred around what each individual child needs to flourish. Seeing children grow in confidence, develop new skills and reach important milestones is one of the things I love most about working in childcare, and it continues to be the driving force behind my passion for the profession.

Paediatric First Aid Qualification
Valid CRB check
QCF Level 3 Diploma for the Children and Young People's Workforce
Child Protection
Experience in Montessori
Basic training in tiny talk (baby signing)
