About Me
I am a dedicated, caring, and trustworthy childminder with over 22 years of experience, as well as a parent myself. I am passionate about creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can thrive and develop.
I am qualified to NVQ Level 3 and have extensive experience working within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, including several years in Children’s Centres. I provide childcare for children aged 0 to 16 years and offer a range of flexible services, including school drop-offs, pick-ups, and overnight care.
My home offers a smoke-free environment with access to a secure garden and a variety of outdoor play equipment. I also support children with their after-school activities, including trips to the library, swimming, gymnastics, and assisting with homework in Maths and English.
During the day, I attend a variety of stay-and-play sessions and drop-in groups tailored to each child’s needs, ensuring my care follows the EYFS principles and promotes both learning and social development.
My Experience
I have over 20 years experience within the childcare sector. I have been a registered childminder for 20 years. I have also run Childminding Groups and have worked as a Group leader (providing Stay & play Sessions for the under fives within a children centre for 3 years. I also assisted with one on one support alongside the Family Support Team in supporting teenage Parents to engage and participate in all appropriate activities & sessions provided by the Children Centre.
My Qualifications
I am qualified NVQ Level 3. I have First Aid training, Safeguarding and Child Protection Training as well as Food & Hygiene level 2.
My Availability
I am available 3 days a week Two evenings for overnight care. Term Time and Half Terms. I am entitled to 4 weeks paid holiday a year. 2 weeks unpaid leave.

My Fees
- Childminding from £14.00 per hour
- Babysitting from £15.00 per hour
My fees are this price as it includes any charges that are incurred whilst attending outside activities and additional snacks that the children may require. School pick ups are £15 an hour. Babysitting is £15 an hour
