About Me

I live in Witchford, near Ely, with my lovely family. I’m a mum to three gorgeous girls, one of whom is still at school.

I chose childminding as my profession because I genuinely love working with children. Being a childminder gives me the best of both worlds: I can support my family financially while doing a job I love and being at home for my own children.

My Experience

I have been a registered childminder since 2009. Before becoming a childminder, I worked as a dental nurse for six years, and prior to that, I gained five years of experience working as a nanny.

My Qualifications

I hold a CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Home-Based Childcare, an NVQ Level 3 in Childcare and Education, and an NCFE Level 2 Certificate in Understanding Children and Young People’s Mental Health.

I also have up-to-date child protection training and a current first aid certificate, alongside many other relevant qualifications. I regularly attend childcare courses to keep my knowledge current and gain fresh ideas that benefit both the children in my care and my professional development.
