My Experience

I have worked professionally with children aged 0-7 for over 16 years. I have worked for a number of private families as well as having worked in Nursery settings.

I have worked in 3 Nursery Schools;

-Full Time Nursery Nurse in Leicestershire for 2 years from 2006-2008, working with children aged up to 3 years. I had previously attained work experience at this nursery whilst studying before being offered a permanent role.

-Full Time Nursery Officer at Bright Horizons in London from 2009-2010 working with children aged 1-4 years of age.

-Full Time Nursery Nurse at KidsUnlimited in London in 2010, working with children aged 3-24 months of age.

I have had various Nanny roles including mothers help, live in and live out roles;

-Temp Nanny in Leicestershire in 2008 with 5 children aged 1-7 years. I was sole charge and also worked alongside the permanent Nanny, this was to cover half term.

-Mothers Help/Nanny in Leicestershire in 2009 with 2 children, a newborn and 6 year old. This position was to help a pregnant mother before and after the birth of her second child until I relocated to London.

-Part time Nanny on Mondays for one little boy in Highbury from 2011-2012, he was 8 months old however I had taken care of him since he was 4 months old at the nursery.

-Part time Nanny-3 days a week from 2011-2012 in Finsbury Park/Ealing. I looked after a little girl since she was 11 months old, alongside my other part time role(see above)

-Full Time Live Out Nanny in Maida Vale from 2012-2013 to a little girl who was 9 months old when I started.

-Live in day/night Nanny to a little boy who was 9 weeks old, from 2013-2014 in Lancaster Gate. I worked full time nights, days and weekends.

-Live In (sep annex) Nanny in Dulwich Village, working 48 hours a week looking after a little girl from 2014-2015. She was 9 months of age at the start of the position.

-Live Out Nanny for 2 children working 4 days a week in Clapham. I was in this position from 2015-2016 when the children were 11 months and 3 years old.

-Part time Nannyshare with 2 little boys just under a year old. It was 3 days a week in Wandsworth/Earlsfield in 2016.

-Live Out Nanny for 2 children working 4 days a week in Balham. I was in this position from 2016-2017 when the children were 4 years old and 10 months old at the start.

-Live In Nanny in Herne Hill for 2 boys working 55 hours a week from 2017-2020. The boys were 9 months old and 2 years old when I started.

-Live Out Nanny in North Dulwich/Herne Hill looking after a little girl 44 hours a week from August 2021-October 2022, she was 11 months of age at the start of the position.

-Live Out Nanny in Crofton Park looking after 2 children, a 6 year old girl and a 3 year old boy working 41 hours a week since November 2022.

My Qualifications

I have a BTEC First Diploma in Early Years.

I have a clear DBS check (on the update service)

Paediactric First Aid updated every 3 years (September 2020)

OCN Level 3 Sleep Training Course

I have completed short courses including Food Hygiene, Weaning, Safeguarding Children, Supporting Childrens Emotional Wellbeing, Schemas and Delivering the EYFS and more.

My Availability

I am looking for a new lovely family from September 2024. I live in Crystal Palace now and would like to find a 4-4.5 day position ideally or happy to do 2/3 days with 2 families. I am currently learning to drive and cannot work with dogs.

My Fees

• Babysitting from £16.00 per hour
• Nannying from £22.00 per hour (gross)
