About Me
My Name is Row children call me Rorow or Aunty Row) I am a ofsted registered childminder I have been registered for 16 years Graded GOOD in all areas at latest inspection September 2018 and Good in 2016 inspection and previous since registration in 2007.
I am a member of pacey I am first aid trained and have all other training expected by ofsted but training is always on going.
My husband and myself live in Forest Hill,a five minute walk from the station and have four children 23,19,17 and 12 years of age.
We live In A lovely 4 bedroom house conversion we use our lounge mainly but also have a second room we use for sensory/arts and crafts.
Children enjoy meal time in our large kitchen where I prepare meals from our Five week menu with pictures that I provide parents with.
We also have a lovely enclosed garden for outside play, we recently had a garden makeover in June 2023 to provide a soft play area snd much more for our door play and activities.
I have a full clean driving licence.
All our children have attended Eliot Bank primary school in foresthill,even though our children are not at primary school age I have maintained a close relationship with staff at Eliot bank and still attend fairs and activities held there.
I am not currently available for drop off and pick ups from Eliot Bank primary school or any other as I want to focus around the early years age group.

My Experience
I have many years experience caring for children I have 4 children of my own ages 23,19,17 and 12 years old and many nieces and nephews and six God children .
I have been registered/childminding for 16 years.
I generally care for little ones from 9 months old until they move on to Reception with their younger sibling taking their place.
Some I have cared for from early years to them starting secondary school.
Our home is a home from home and little ones form great relationships with our children/family as well as my other mindees.
As My spaces are filled mainly by referrals from families in my care or the council I have references on file for parents to read at setting visits.

Auntie Ro looked after our little boy from 6 months - 3 years.
As it was our first child we were understandably a little anxious about the transition of going back to work but Ro created a home away from home for our little one.
We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Ro is professional, patient, caring, fun and always goes the extra mile with activities, learning, crafts and home cooked delicious meals. Her extensive knowledge and passion for childcare is evident and we found her a great support as first time parents.
Our little one always looked forward to going and bonded with Ro and her whole family.
We feel lucky to have found Ro she’s been truly a blessing!

It has been an honour looking after L he has become part of the family
L is the most caring loving little boy.
We are going to miss him so much,my children comment everyday that they notice the difference without L being here.
I know he will bring fun and laughter to his new childminder and new little friends he will make.
We are also going to miss you and Dad it has been lovely getting to know you both and it’s not good bye it’s see you soon

Row started looking after our daughter when she had just turned one. As a first time mum I was a bit anxious about leaving my baby with someone else, and my daughter was also quite clingy to me and didn't generally warm to people quickly! However, she loved Row straight away and settled quickly there. She was always happy and I couldn't fault Row for her caring nature - I still haven't seen my daughter as comfortable with anyone who isn't her parent! I highly recommend Row as a childminder.

Extremely happy with Roshan, very welcoming my girls love her and her family. Always keeps me updated with what's happened throughout their day, my girls wish they could stay longer. Her family and home is also welcoming and lovely so glad I found her!!
