About Me

My name is Maria, I am a mum of 2, both at school/college. I am an Ofsted registered childminder, I achieved a "Good" grading at my previous Ofsted inspection.

I have a lovely bright spacious 4 bedroom child friendly house with a large fun filled garden, close to St George park.

I enjoy filling our days with lots of fun activities within the home and out and about, my aim is to provide your child with a home from home environment, a place where they can have lots of fun, develop and grow.

I follow the EYFS and create a learning journal for every child, also I do a daily diary which goes home each day.

My Experience

I have 26 years of childcare experience, after successfully completing the NNEB diploma in nursery nursing I worked as a live in/live out sole charge nanny for 8 years, I then had my daughter and continued to work part time as a nanny, taking my daughter with me, two and a half years later I had my son, soon after I trained to be an STA swimming instructor, teaching pre school/primary school age children to swim alongside childminding.
I now childmind full time.

NNEB Diploma in Nursery Nursing
Introduction to homebase childcare - unit 1
Paediatric first aid

Childminding from £6.50 per hour
