I am offering my services as an experienced babysitter in Milton Keynes and surrounding areas. Having worked directly with children and young people for 14 years, I value the process of building relationships with them to ensure they reach their full potential.
My Experience
- I am a qualified Social Worker. My experience in this industry includes family safeguarding, child protection, Children in Care and separated migrant children. I visit children and parents on a daily basis.
- I have contributed years of volunteering to youth clubs in Milton Keynes and Essex. My role involved looking after large groups of children and young people, particularly those in care and/or with behaviour that challenged.
- I have been babysitting for various families since 2012, throughout Milton Keynes, Essex and Hertfordshire. I have looked after children aged 0-12 in these settings.
- I worked as a Therapeutic Care Practitioner for children in residential homes. This involved conducting therapeutic sessions and preparing young people for independence. I mainly worked with young people with special needs and mental health difficulties.
- Alongside the residential homes, I worked as a teaching assistant at a Pupil Referral Unit, delivering educational support.
My Qualifications
BA Criminology (including a placement year) - 1st Class
PGDip Social Work
MSc Advanced relationship-based Social Work with children and families
Enhanced DBS and on update system
My career requires me to undergo constant training around safeguarding children and trauma informed practice.

2+ children:
additional £2 p/h to base rate
Rate varies during public holidays
Travel costs may be required depending on distance.
50% deposit required to secure booking. Rest of payment is required at the end of each shift.

Sapna looks after my 2 yr old and 5 yr old. They love spending time with her while we are away. Sapna is very caring, calm and thoughtful when it comes to babysitting and understands each family’s unique requirements which works brilliantly for us.

Sapna looked after my 7 years old boy and 5 years old girl.
They were so happy, she played with them, they were so comfortable and relax as they knew her for ages.
I really recommend her, she is polite, reliable and professional.

She is trustworthy, polite and spent time to explain what they did while we were out.

Sapna is looking after our 4 year old boy on weekends. Our son absolutely adores her and would ask often when Sapna is coming back? She is professional, warm, positive and smart with pleasing personality. We found her well spoken, chatty and always with a smile. She is flexible, reliable and effectively communicates with you ensuring that she can be trusted with your child. She keeps everything clean and tidy. Highly recommended!

Probably one of the most reliable babysitter we had, no problems to arrange time/dates.
Did helped out us out with last minute cancellation from other babysitter.
Very friendly, easy going and helpful.
