Lisa has looked after all three of my children throughout their time in primary school. We have found her to be a warm and understanding carer who will be as flexible as possible to help meet the needs of our family. My children have always felt very safe in her care and my youngest describes her as "very kind".

My hours at work have often changed and Lisa has done everything she can to make sure she can accommodate us. I honestly think I wouldn't be able to juggle being a working mum without her.
