About Me

I am based in Netherton Peterborough PE3 close to the Peterborough City Hospital & local bus routes. I am also walking distance to and from Longthorpe, Bretton, Westwood & West Town.
I work closely with an assistant (who is my eldest daughter) part time. We have had lots of experience with a variety of children’s needs which has helped us gain a good understand of children.

We visit local groups, story times , local visits, outings on the bus regular visits to the Alotment we have a wide variety of toys and equipment at the setting & allotment
We enjoy being outside when we can
We also
have a pet cockapoo in the setting .
We have a local allotment that we visit on foot regular planting, weeding and most of all learning within the environment
We encourage the children who attend the setting to treat each and everyone with respect and kindness. We encourage healthy lunchboxes and independent in the setting
I am a national literacy Champion so we do use this to our advantage

During mine and my assistants spare time we attend local courses to keep us updated with child development, new guidance and much more!

We offer wrap around care from Thorpe Primary School.

We accept funded spaces from 9 months+, 15 & 30 hours.

My Experience

Within my childminding career I have had lots of chances to enhance my learning skills working with alongside children & parents, I am always happy to learn more and can discuss my achievements on a visit

My Qualifications

Level 3 home-base, DBS for all 16+ in the setting, Paediatric First aid Qualified, Safeguarding, and many more that we can discuss during a visit.
