My Experience

I bring many years of professional experience supporting both children and adults with additional support needs, giving me a strong understanding of how to meet each child’s individual needs with patience, kindness and compassion. I believe every child has their own unique strengths and abilities, and I love helping them grow in confidence, develop new skills and reach their full potential through play, exploration and positive relationships.

My childcare is centred around building trusting relationships with children and their families. I provide a stimulating environment where children can learn, have fun and make happy memories while feeling safe, valued and supported.

My practice is guided by Scotland’s national frameworks, including Getting it Right for Every Child (GIRFEC), Realising the Ambition, Curriculum for Excellence, Pre-Birth to Three, the Health and Social Care Standards, and the SSSC Codes of Practice. I am committed to keeping my knowledge and skills up to date through ongoing professional development to ensure I provide the highest quality care and early learning experiences.

As a registered professional, I am fully SSSC registered, hold an enhanced PVG, and am dedicated to providing a caring, inclusive and enriching environment where every child can thrive.

At Mummy Bears Childcare, children are encouraged to learn through play, explore the world around them, build confidence and independence, and most importantly, enjoy being children. My aim is for every family to feel reassured that their child is receiving the same love, care and attention they would receive at home.

• Babysitting from £12.00 per hour
• Childminding from £6.00 per hour

£12 an hour weekends and evenings.
Full day 8am-6pm £80
