About Me
Im a very lively, bubbly and sociable peson i love working with children watching them develop and having a hand in this. I was starting the process of becoming a childminder when I was given an opportunity to run the pre school room at the nursery I work at. How ever the last 6 months I've been babysitting for different families and I would love to continue to offer this service.
I have nearly 10 years experience working in childcare settings. I'm very creative and love coming up with new ideas, getting messy, getting down to the childrens level as well as encouraging them to keep learning and explore to extend their knowledge and understand in all areas. I'm always learning to! Not just by reading and attending different courses but from the children to and all the questions they ask or how they see the world around them.
My Experience
I have trained for three years and worked in nurseries for nearly 10 years, before becoming a stay at home mum for 4 1/2 years then I spent 3 1/2 years as a support worker for adults with additional needs before going back to my passion and looking after children. I am currently part of the senco team at a nursery supporting children and the rooms to following one plans and supporting the children when and where they need it and come September I will be room leader of the pre school room.
My Qualifications
i have levele 2 and 3 in childcare and education
First aid trained
Safe guarding training
An upto date DBS completed 25th July 2024
My Availability
I'm available Wednesday and Thursday all day and evenings. Tuesday and Friday from 630 depending were you are located and during the day and evening some weekends. But if looking for 30hrs plus I will happily leave the nursery as im looking for a change.
My Fees
- Nannying from £13.00 per hour (gross)
