About Me
My name is Denise. I have been an Ofsted registered childminder for the past 30 years having started when my own 2 children were very young! I live on Brant Road Waddington on the outskirts of the city of Lincoln. I am fully insured, DBS checked,First Aid trained and a member of PACEY.
My Experience
I have a wealth of experience having been in childcare for most of my working life and have subsequently minded 150+ children ranging from the ages of newborn to 13 years of age so seeing some of the children progress through pre-school,infant,primary and secondary schooling!
My Qualifications
I hold a certificate in Paedeatric First Aid and have completed numerous online courses with Pacey so up to date with safeguarding and all relevant issues concerning your children.
My Availability
From September 2025 I will have a vacancy for a 9 months to 3 year old child on a Tuesday and Thursday.

My Fees
- Babysitting from £10.00 per hour
- Childminding from £5.00 per hour
My fee's are £5.00 per hour with a reduction for siblings.

My daughter lilly has been with Denise since she was 6 months old, Denise made the transition of me going back to work so much better and worked around my hours with a moments notice. Lilly has since been with Denise a further two years and lilly says denise or "her nessie" is her best friend. She has come on so much and so many times has done or said things we know Denise has taught her. Denise and her family welcomed lilly with open arms and made her feel part of everything, each day we pick her up she tells us of her new adventures with Denise and the other children from Bubble painting, sure start groups, park adventures, paddling pool fun to writing her name and drawing/painting pictures, each day is different but with the same routine and safe and welcoming environment. Lilly is now moving to preschool but will still be going to denises as neither me or lilly want to stop going! I have and will continue to speak so highly of Denise to friends and family..... Couldn't find a better person to have my daughter!! She is reliable (never had a day off) kind, fun, welcoming and a brilliant role model, wouldn't know what we would do without her!!!
