About Me
My name is Jenny Pearce and I am an Ofsted Registered Childminder. I also hold a Level 3 Diploma Children and Young People's Workforce qualification.
I am situated in Woodford Green within a 5 minute walk from Woodford Central Line Underground Station.
Some of the activities I provide are: trips to local playgroups including one exclusively for Childminders, trips to the local parks, soft play, library, duck feeding, local museums and farms, forest walks and story and rhyme time sessions. I also ensure the children socialise with others by arrange play dates with other childminders.
The beauty of choosing a Childminder over a nursery is that I can provide a more personal setting within a safe and family orientated environment. No 2 days are the same because when we are not out and about we are at home where the children can make good use of the garden which includes a playhouse, mud kitchen, chalk board, slides, balls, rockers and riders. I also provide fun activities such as messy play, arts and crafts, playdoh, water play, sand play, sensory play and the children can also have the opportunity to do some baking. I provide a range of fun educational toys and books to suit all ages and we have lots of fun playing and learning.
Breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks & outing costs are included in my fees.

I met Jenny a few months ago and found her to be highly organised and professional. She takes huge pride in her work and clearly loves children!
Jenny suggested a few settling in sessions before my baby started properly and was very flexible to suit our needs. My daughter settled very quickly and clearly enjoys her days at the childminder.
She gets to do lots of activities such as sensory, music and messy play classes, storytime at the library and trips to the local parks and farms. Every evening, I get to read a detailed diary entry of what my daughter has been up to and I get photos sent to me via text.
