About Me
My name is Jenny Pearce and I am an Ofsted Registered Childminder. I also hold a Level 3 Diploma Children and Young People's Workforce qualification.
I am situated in Woodford Green within a 5 minute walk from Woodford Central Line Underground Station.
Some of the activities I provide are: trips to local playgroups, trips to the local parks, soft play, library, farms, forest walks and story and rhyme time sessions. I also ensure the children socialise with others by arranging play dates with other childminders regularly.
The beauty of choosing a Childminder over a nursery is that I can provide a more personal setting within a safe and family orientated environment. No 2 days are the same because when we are not out and about we are at home where the children have fun with activities such as messy play, arts and crafts, playdoh, sand play, sensory play and the children can also have the opportunity to do some baking. I provide a range of fun educational toys and books to suit all ages and we have lots of fun playing and learning. I offer a nuturing home from home setting where children are happy and become a true part of the family.

Jenny has looked after our son from 10months to now over 3 years old, and has been an absolute star. She supported our son to build his confidence, and gives him such a broad variety of experiences, from crafts to playgroups, music, visits to the library and trips out and about. Her daily updates are literally the highlight of my days. She was an ally on both the weaning and the potty training journey, as well as providing flexibility when we've needed it. It's very clear she cares deeply about all the children in her care.

I met Jenny a few months ago and found her to be highly organised and professional. She takes huge pride in her work and clearly loves children!
Jenny suggested a few settling in sessions before my baby started properly and was very flexible to suit our needs. My daughter settled very quickly and clearly enjoys her days at the childminder.
She gets to do lots of activities such as sensory, music and messy play classes, storytime at the library and trips to the local parks and farms. Every evening, I get to read a detailed diary entry of what my daughter has been up to and I get photos sent to me via text.
