I am an experienced and dedicated childcare professional with over 19 years of experience caring for children of all ages, from newborns through to school age.
Most recently, I completed an incredible 16-year journey with a wonderful nanny family, where I was fortunate to become a trusted and valued part of their family life. Alongside this, I have worked for the past 11 years as a Childcare Coordinator at a private crèche for a Premiership rugby club.
Earlier in my career, I worked within a primary school in Bedfordshire, where I was training as a Teaching Assistant. I began my childcare career in a busy, full-time nursery in St Albans, progressing to Room Leader within just six months. These varied roles have given me a wealth of experience and a strong understanding of the individual needs of children at different stages of their development.
I have extensive experience caring for newborns, young babies and children of all ages, and I am passionate about creating a safe, nurturing, stimulating and fun environment where children feel happy, secure and supported.
Alongside my professional roles, I regularly babysit for a number of families and have experience with overnight care and longer stays, including caring for children for periods of four to five days. I am reliable, responsible and adaptable, and I understand the importance of building warm, trusting relationships with both children and their families.
I also have my own car and a full, clean driving licence, which gives me the flexibility to accommodate a variety of childcare arrangements and activities.
Above all, I take great pride in providing high-quality, personal childcare and in becoming someone families can trust and rely on.

Kat has looked after my 4 children, including twins, since they were 6 months old both in a childcare setting and privately, including overnight. My children have always loved being with Kat and always look forward to seeing her and still ask when she can come next!
Kat is always so kind and caring and understands all of my children so well. She goes above and beyond always and I trust her implicitly. I would highly recommend Kat always :) x

We were incredibly lucky to have Kat as our nanny for almost 15 years, from when our twins were just six months old until they were nearly 16. During that time, she became much more than a nanny—she became a cherished part of our family.
Her warmth, kindness, patience and genuine love for children were evident every day. We quickly realised that our boys were safe, happy and wonderfully cared for, which gave us complete peace of mind as parents. Her dedication and support played an important role in our family life, and we will always be grateful for the love, care and guidance she gave them over so many years.
We recommend her wholeheartedly to any parent. Any family who has the opportunity to have her care for their children will be incredibly fortunate.

Kat has babysat for my 3 girls multiple times and is the only non family member I’ve ever left them with. They love her and feel very safe and secure in her company. She is very nurturing and patient and makes everyone feel at ease. My children have additional needs and Kat has always been fantastic with them. Can’t recommend her highly enough.
