My Experience

I worked in a local school as a nursery nurse for 17 years , and was also a foster carer for 10 years which gave me valuable experience supporting children from a variety of backgrounds with different individual needs , these roles helped shape my caring, patient, and nurturing approach that I still bring into my childminding setting today.
I work in a larger childminding setting alongside assistants who support me each day . All of my assistants are fully dbs checked , first aid trained and suitable to work with children , helping us provide a safe, Caring and fun environment for every child in our care.
Over the years I have had the absolute privilege of watching so many children grow in confidence , learn new skills and develop into happy little individuals.
Throughout my years of experience, I have worked with children of different ages, personalities, and needs, including children with additional needs and SEN experience.
Childminding is more than just a job to me , it’s something I genuinely enjoy and take great pride in, I feel blessed to be apart of children’s early years supporting families at such an important part of their lives.

Paediatric first aid

My Availability

I'm available for work mon to fri 7-30 -5-30 but I’m happy to be flexible if needs be.
I'm very flexible with hours , as I know what it is like working full time and being a parent as I did it my self for 16 years .I aim to work with you to make going to work or study a pleasant experience for you and your children.
Government funded hours excepted
