About Me
I am a calm and friendly person, with a grown up family of my own. I live near the New Forest, which is where I spend much of my free time. I love going for long walks, spending time with my family, baking and keeping active. I’m a member of my local gym, and try to incorporate some free time there during the week. I have two gorgeous dogs who ensure we get out plenty, come rain or shine.
I adore looking after children, and raising emotionally intelligent children has been something I am passionate about. Children thrive when they’re challenged academically, emotionally and physically, in a holistic way. So learning for me, is about building trust, incorporating resilience and exploring the world around us.
My Experience
I have an NVQ level 3 in Childcare, Learning and Development, and a distinction in level 3 Health and Social Care. I also hold a Level 4 Health qualification from Southampton University. I have been working for Emergency services since COVID, and have gained a great deal of transferable skills from my time there.
I am passionate about offering children fun activities to make sure they have an enjoyable time with me, whilst encouraging their developmental milestones to be achieved.
I have previously been an accredited member of the New Forest Childminding Network Cluster, have been employed as a Senior Support Worker at a unit for young people aged 12-18 with challenging behaviours and have held numerous Nanny roles, both temporary and permanent. I have a wealth of experience in a broad range of childcare areas.

My Availability
I am available for temporary and emergency Nanny roles, holiday cover and as a longer term Nanny. I currently have space for part time and after school jobs, however, there is a possibility of availability for a full time role.
I am also available for emergency babysitting, individual evenings of babysitting, or regular pre-booked babysitting slots.
