I live in a small village just outside Cockermouth, I have 3 children and 5 grandchildren My oldest daughter is a care assistant my second daughter is primary teacher and my youngest son is an electrician..
my home is a four bedroomed farmhouse, I have a caring environment where all the children I care for thrive, in a carm warm and loving environment I go out and about to childminder groups, local parks, shops and library. my hobbies are socilialising walking in the country, arts and crafts and most of all my job as i get to do many of the things i like best!

I'm available 7.30 to 6pm Monday to Friday and weekend at prior arrangement

and childminding since 2001
I have worked constantly since my registration and pride myself on being a good childminder most of my children have been with since babies or a young age. and still come to visit even when at secondary
I also have letters from the parents, for other parents to see of what they thought of the service and they are happy to be contacted.

At present. i have space available. i am
Very flexible to meet requirements for Shift work if required. please feel free to give me a call i don`t bite even just for advise x
I'm available 7am to 6 pm Monday to Friday and weekend at prior arrangement
My Fees
- Babysitting from £10.00 per hour
- Childminding from £7.00 per hour
fees to be discussed sibling discount available

Rachel was very responsive from the start. My daughter started going the during the summer holidays and honestly Rachel is a life saver! I don't know what I would of done without her. It's a lovely setting with lots to do. They go on walks together, feed the donkeys and theres a great play area outside. Rachel would send me photos of my daughter having so much fun which was great. Very flexible too. We're looking forward to going again soon! Thank you x

My youngest two children go to Rachels for a few hours every week, Rachel is extremely flexible at working around the parents needs and the kids love their time there, so much so that my eldest boy asks to go everyday!!!! Cannot recommend Rachel enough she is fab xx

your boys are a credit to you i also look forward to seeing them as they are 2 happy fun loving boys.
I have been in contact with Rachel to find childcare for my son although Rachel could not care for him due to his pet allergies. Rachel has been most helpful with my search a real valuable resource of knowledge relating to childcare in the area.

Rachel looked after our youngest boy whilst we were on holiday in the area. She came across as a warm and caring person. She was very pro active with him and flexible with the childcare hours offered to accommodate our changing needs.
We were all very fond of her by the end of the holiday. She comes highly recommended.
