About Me

Hello, my name is Kelly Earls, and I am an Ofsted-registered childminder based in Loughton, Essex, just a five-minute walk from Debden Station.

I have over 19 years of experience providing high-quality childcare in a safe, nurturing, and home-from-home environment. References are available upon request.

I am a proud mum to three wonderful children: Jake (20), who works alongside me as my assistant, Archie (16), and Sid (11). We also have two adorable French Bulldogs who are a much-loved part of our family home.

My setting is warm, welcoming, and filled with care, where every child is treated as an individual and encouraged to learn, grow, and thrive. I am passionate about creating a happy and secure environment where children feel valued, supported, and loved while developing confidence and independence through play and learning.

I obtain an enhanced DBS (formerly CRB) check, full public liability insurance, and business-use vehicle insurance for safe transportation and outings.

I am passionate about working with children and provide a warm, caring, and family-oriented environment for children aged 0–16 years. My aim is to create a safe, nurturing setting where children feel happy, secure, and supported as they learn, play, and develop.

I have a fully secure garden equipped with a variety of age-appropriate toys and activities to encourage outdoor play and exploration. I also regularly attend local toddler groups and organise educational outings and day trips, including visits to farms, parks, beaches, and other places of interest, helping children to develop confidence, social skills, and new experiences.
