My Summary
About Me
I am currently looking for work in the school holidays.
I’m a qualified nanny and I’ve been in child care for over 20 years. I have worked in a variety of roles, including nannying and within a nursery. I hold a level 3 as well as a BA(hons) in early childhood education and care (2:1). I have an up to date paediatric first aid qualification, level 3 forest school qualification and many other SEN qualifications/training completed.
I currently work as a TA within a primary school and will be commencing teacher training in September.
I previously worked in a preschool as a deputy manager/SENCO.
I'm bubbly and happy and love doing creative and messy activities. I also enjoy going out and about with children (local parks, playgroups and meeting up with other nannies for playdates).
I've had experience with babies, toddlers and children up to 11 years old.
I'd like to think I'm very flexible and easygoing.
I also have a DBS on the update service. I have a clean driving license, own my own car and have been driving 22 years.
My Experience
Nursery nurse (helping to run a baby room) for 1 1/2 years
Nanny for crystal holidays in a ski resort. Caring for children from 3months to 4years

Nursery nurse in room for 1-2year olds. For a 1/12 (made redundant)
Nanny for 2 children aged two and 4 at start of job. When youngest started school, the position changed to afterschool care, so started working for a family for school hours. This was for a baby who was 3months when I started.
Nanny for two boys aged 1 and 3 at start of position). Position held for 2 years.
Nanny for 2 boys aged 6 months and 5 years at start of position. I was with them for 6 years.
I currently work in a preschool as deputy manager/SENCO and forest school leader.
I have run a parent and toddler group at my church and volunteered in the creche on one Sunday a month.i currently help in kids church when I can and when I can, help with their lunch project. This is in the holidays and I have previously taken children in my care (if old enough) to help with this during the holidays too.

My Availability
School holidays ideally 4 days a week which I’m flexible as which four days these are. But equally I could do 5 days dependant on hours needed during the day.

- Nannying from £20.00 per hour (gross)
- Babysitting from £15.00 per hour
