About Me

I’m a 43 year old South African living in the UK for the past 23 years, proudly holding a British passport. I worked as a nanny for 23 years and was also a swim teacher for three years before Covid. I’m a proud mum to two wonderful children. My 10 year old son and my 4 year old daughter.

My Experience

I’m an experienced and caring nanny with a strong background working with children from birth to 12 years old, including twins and nanny-share families. I hold a Paediatric First Aid qualification and a diploma in Child Psychology, which have helped me provide a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment for every child in my care. My current role has lasted six wonderful years and is now coming to an end, as the family no longer requires my help.

An equivalent of GCSE in
English, Drama, Afrikaans, Geography, Home Economics and Typing

Child Psychology Diploma 2017

First aid qualified 2024 will be renewing December 2026

Excellent Nanny!

Maggie is our dear nanny who is about to venture off on maternity leave! She has looked after our son, Sam (4.5yr old) and daughter, Eva who is 2 years old for over a year and a half! She is a fun and loving person who instills a great work ethic. She has a fantastic network of friends and always makes new friends easily! We would highly recommend Maggie!
