I am a fun loving South African. I moved to London almost 16years ago. I am a fun energetic and creative person. Some of my hobbies are Photography, baking, cooking and reading. I love most sports. I have been working with children for a long time and they really are amazing. I love teaching them new things and I still find after 15 years they manage to teach me new things everyday.
I have my own gorgeous little boy who is 3.5years old and would love to find a family who would be happy for me to bring him to work with me. Over the years I have looked after multiple children at the same time so have no worries about caring for more than one child at a time. I have looked after twins and done a share too. I work part time as a swimming teacher for Puddle Ducks
My Experience
Hi I was born in South Africa but moved to the UK in 2003.
My first 8mnths in London I worked as a live in au pair. I quickly moved on to being a nanny. For the past 14 years I have worked for 4 families . The first family was for 4 1/2 years caring for two boys 4yr and 2yr . My next family began with with a 6mnth old boy 2 1/2years later the family had twins one boy one girl. I have always had sole charge of the children. Sadly I left this family because the twins started nursery. I then started with a family of 1 little boy 10 months old. I stayed with them for 2 years and they had their second little boy and decided to move out of London. My next job was on the same road and I did a share 1 family had 2 children 3 (boy) and 10 months (girl) the other family had a 10 month old (boy). I stayed with these families for 1 1/2 years until I had my little boy.
I am currently doing after school care for a lovely family. Due to moving house and my son nursery hours changing I am sadly leaving them after 3 years

An equivalent of GCSE in

DBS check 2017
Ofsted registered 2017

Maggie is our dear nanny who is about to venture off on maternity leave! She has looked after our son, Sam (4.5yr old) and daughter, Eva who is 2 years old for over a year and a half! She is a fun and loving person who instills a great work ethic. She has a fantastic network of friends and always makes new friends easily! We would highly recommend Maggie!
