About Me
My name is Simone Maleed, I have been looking after children for 35years now. I was a Nanny for 16 years, I looked after 3, 8 month old triplets throughout my Nanny years. I have now been a childminder for 27 years .
I love my job! I have great fun with all my kiddies and all the activites that we do together, we have fun throughout the week with all the toddler groups, farms, play groups, and just playing in the garden. We go on lots of fun days out in the holidays to the beach farms zoos picnic in the park . I have a lovely big garden full of fantastic equipment, I have recently made the back of my garden into a forestry school with bug houses and much more, we go up there on a daily basis, the children love this! I also have a shed full of toys for all different ages. I am situated 2 minutes away from elmers end station!
I have excellent references from past and present please do not hesitate to ask I got Good in my last inspection which was in Feb 2020
My Experience
I have many years of experience with looking after children, I have been looking after children since i was 18! I love looking after children, I am very passionate about my job! I have a daughter of my own who is now 27
My Qualifications
I have quite a lot of qualifications for different aspects of childminding, I have:
A diploma in Human development, Child care and Social Responsibility
Postivite behaviour management
Safeguarding Children certificate
Paediatric first aid.I have just had my ofsted inspection and got Good in all areas .

Simone has looked after our son for 2 years and also looks after our daughter now that I’m back at work after maternity leave. The children absolutely love her - she is warm and caring and takes such good care of them both. She has an incredible garden and so many toys and encourages the children to explore. Simone takes the children to different classes most days and they love being out and about. We get lots of updates and photos and if one of them is unwell, she always checks in to see how they’re doing. She also gives them both dinner (home cooked) and they always eat well. We would thoroughly recommend Simone - if you’re looking for a childminder don’t hesitate to contact her - you won’t regret it!

Simone has cared for 2 of my children over the last 6 years. She treats the kids like her own, providing a warm, caring and loving environment. She provides regular updates on what they are up to, such as music classes, park trips or even farm visits. Simone has a huge garden filled with toys, they often play outside and have a great time in the forest area.
Simone has always been there for us when we need her, she has had the kids on unscheduled days and been flexible when we are working late.
I’ve already recommended Simone to a friend whose little one is now happily in her care too!
I Highly recommend Simone to anyone looking for a home from home environment for their little ones.

Simone has looked after both our children, they have been so happy in her care. She really cares about their welfare and the children have fun together, becoming a nice group of friends.
