About Me

Hello Parents,

I am a fun, calm, qualified nanny who loves her job very much!

I am also a children’s party planner and I make cakes and cupcakes. I also offer babysitting at weekends.

I am 34 years old and moved to Wirral from Hertfordshire nearly 6 years ago, last year I had a baby girl who is 1.

I studied for three years at Ware college in Hertfordshire in order to become a nanny and have been nannying for over 14 years.

I have a clean driving license and my own car which I can use to transport your children with car seats. I have business use on my insurance policy.

I am CRB checked.

I have a passion for working with children, I really enjoy looking after the age range 0-5 years, but I am flexible.

I enjoy cooking with children, painting, making arts and craft, reading to them, helping them to learn new things, taking them to the park or the play barn depending on their age. I also enjoy organising party's for the children and their friends.

I have a full CV and many references available.

My Experience

March 2021- March 2022

Looking after a 1 year old, sole charge while mum and dad worked from home. I looked after the baby for four days a week and planned each day to be fun and different.
I batched cooked for the baby while the baby was napping, I planned what we did each day. I took the baby to groups and different places like the park, farm and even toddler groups so he got to socialise. I would set up activities at home for us to do and would settle him at nap times. Only reason for leaving this position is that I fell pregnant and I went on maternity leave.

September 2018- 2021

Looking after a 9 year old who is now 11, taking her to school and collecting. Helping with homework, cooking tea, planning activities to do after school. We often bake and do arts and crafts. I look after her all day in the school holidays and plan days out and activities to do at home.

Moved to Wirral
October 2017- July 2018

Looking after two girls aged 4 & 8 taking them to school and picking them up from school, helping with homework, cooking tea, planning activities after school and looking after them in the half terms.

2012- July 2017

Full time Nanny looking after two children a boy 8 and a girl 9 my role involves doing the school run pick ups, taking the children home, cooking dinner, helping with homework, looking after them full time in the holidays and planning fun activities for them.

2011- January 2013

I used to look after a little girl from another family four days a week and that fitted in with the other family. We went to music groups and play groups. I got her dressed in the mornings, gave her breakfast and lunch. We loved singing and dancing and she enjoyed being read too. I looked after her from the age of 11 months.

Before I started full time with one family, I worked for several families as shown below.

2010-2012

Nanny for two girls aged 6 and 10 full time my role involved school drop offs and pick up. Taking them to after school clubs, cooking dinner, helping with homework and organising fun things to do in the half terms.

2009 - 2010

Nanny looking after a 3 year old boy and 9 month old girl a few days a week. This involved changing nappies, feeding, bathing, taking them to the park, playing with toys, reading to them and some nights putting them to bed.

2009 - 2010

Nanny every Friday looking after a 3 year old boy and 9 month old boy. I would have the 9 month old while 3 year old was at school, we would play with toys and go and feed the ducks. I would make his lunch and feed him, change his nappies and make sure his routine was maintained by ensuring he had his nap. Also did school pick up for the 3 year old.

2009

I worked in a small pre school in Ware three afternoons a week. The age range was 2 1/2 - 4 years. My role was to set up activities for the children, read stories to them and help prepare healthy food for snack time.

2008 - 2009

Nanny for twins aged 2 years for a few hours a week. I had sole charge of the girls. We fed the ducks, played in the garden and they loved colouring, painting and dancing!
I met the family and twins when they were 6 months old; they were my family placement while i was at college and now they are 9 years old and I still see them :)

2008

I worked in a day care called " Rum Tum Tuggers" in Harlow with children ages 3 months to 5 years a few times, covering for staff who were absent. This was arranged through an Agency.
