My name is claire, im 34 years old. Im trustworthy and very reliable.
I love working and interacting with children and also watching them progress.
In my spare time i occasionally babysit children that i look after in and out of nursery. I also enjoy swimming, cinema, socialising with friends and family and going to the odd concert.
My Experience
I worked in a nursery from 2006 - 2012 in 2-5s age group.
Whilst working there i gained my nvq 2 and 3 within the company.
In July 2010 i was promoted to room leader in the pre-school room where i was in charge of 4 members of staff and 32 children. Throughout the day i planned stimulating activities, care for each child, prepare them for school, log their development in a file for there parents,interact with parents and children throughout the day and follow the early years foundation stage.
I began nannying in September 2012 for a lovely family part time and also joined another family in 2013.
I have 17 years childcare experience.
My Qualifications
I completed my nvq 2 in 2008 and my nvq 3 in 2010.
I have first aid which was updated in 2022
I have been on regular training eg. Early years foundation stage, letters and sounds, safe guarding for children, Health and safety
My Availability
Looking for a sole charge position, for October start. 4 full days a week. Open to 5 days a week depending on hours.

Claire worked for us looking after our 3 children and dog! She is a fantastic nanny our children adore her and we still regularly keep in touch. She is patient and caring and was always happy to take the kids out and about and plan exciting days for them. I can highly recommend Claire !
