About Me
I'm a qualified and very experienced nanny who has been working for the same family for 23 years but unfortunately as the children have grown up they need me less. I’ve been working as their house keeper instead. I'm a non smoker with my own car and car seats.
I'm a married mother with 2 boys and I live in Netherne on the hill in coulsdon. I have an enhanced dbs check and first aid certificate. I have experience with special needs and have previously worked with the young chronically sick snd physically disabled. I’ve worked with children with epilepsy, autism and Tourette’s. . I also have experience with multiples and have looked after 2 sets of twins now. I'm an organised employee who can manage my time well. I'm kind and caring but also firm and consistent. I believe that children thrive when in a routine and have clear boundaries. I enjoy days out to parks, soft play, toddler groups, library, play dates , farm and also spending time around the home utilising toys in role play and resources such as junk modelling, messy craft and even just water play.
I'm a trustworthy and loyal employee who is keen to 'get stuck in' and have a good sense of humour. I’m also tidy and happy to keep the house ‘ticking over’ while the parents are at work.

I have experience caring for newborn babies through to teenagers(18 years), special needs and multiples. I have worked in school settings and home environment.

My Qualifications
I have 10 GCSEs
NVQ level 2 in care.
Level 2 in self harm and suicide,
safe guarding and allergies. I have paediatric first aid and good knowledge of the EYFS. I have level 3 childcare qualificationI aIso have basic knowledge of sign language.
My Availability
I'm looking for either part time or full time, but term time ideally. I can be available for before school and do school runs.
