About Me

A warm welcome to Little Explorers Childcare (Worthing). I am Tracey, and live with my husband, daughter (13) and Rosie (cockapoo aged 19 months) in High Salvington, Worthing, West Sussex

We live in a two bedroom detached bungalow with a secure garden within in a quiet residential road, with easy access to A27 and A24 and bus routes.

I am a 'GOOD' Ofsted registered childminder providing childcare 47 weeks of the year Monday to Thursday during the hours of 7.30am until 4.30pm. I provide quality, affordable, flexible and professional childcare from birth to 3 years of age.

I have worked with children and their families for the past sixteen years. During this time I have gained a CACHE Level 2 in Children's Care, Learning and Development, CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young Peoples Workforce, Certificate of Higher Education in Early Years Professional Practice with the Open University (equivalent to level 4) and NCFE CACHE Level 3 Award for Special Educational Needs Coordinator in Early Years Settings.

I enjoy giving children real life experiences by taking them to the park, library, farm, toddler groups, childminder drop ins, but equally enjoy spending time at home with the children, playing in the garden, sensory activities, play dough, arts and crafts, cooking, small world play and much more.

Little Explorer's Childminding Is designed to provide a warm and nurturing environment for children from birth to three years of age. The activities, routines and resources are focused on supporting their early development by creating a safe and stimulating space for younger children.  As your child approaches the term after their third birthday, a larger setting may offer more opportunities for social interaction and structured learning, helping them naturally progress and prepare for school. However, this will be discussed in partnership with you nearer the time taking into consideration your family needs and your child’s development.
