Im young, well mannered, friendly, enthusiastic and an outgoing person. I also consider myself to be a good time keeper, caring, fun but firm when needed!
During work hours I usually enjoy meeting up with other nannies on a regular basis for picnics in the park, play dates, toddler groups, soft play areas, as well as organising craft/messy play activities at home. Depending on your preference I sometimes incorporate going on dog walks with my westie Alfie. I enjoy cooking and consider myself a healthy person which I like to reflect on the children, so cooking balanced nutritious meals comes naturally to me!
I’m a mum to two young children In my spare time ( haha) I like keeping fit, swimming, being oudoors, going on dog walks, eating out, seeing friends and family, shopping and new experiences.
My Experience
I have had 14 years childcare experience. I gained my NVQ level 2 as a nursery assistant in a local nursery from there I became a part time sole charge nanny for two young boys.
Then went onto working full time, in a local nursery to gain more baby experience.
I worked there for 2 years, achieved my NVQ level 3 and became the baby room leader.
I then became a full time nanny, all within the local area mostly through word of mouth.
I have had experience with children from new born -10 year olds.
I was with my last family for 5 years and left when the pandemic started in 2020 as I was pregnant with my first baby, I chose not to go back as it’s a very demanding role that needed full time with 3 kids and a newborn as much as I love them! We see them regularly still.
I have since had a second baby who is now 14 months and I’m looking to do 1 day a week.
