Frankie looked after our newborn during night shifts for 6 weeks when our little one was 2 weeks old. She was always punctual, reliable and professional. After showing her where everything was kept on the first night, she confidently took care of everything independently from then on. I could leave everything in her capable hands, which gave me complete peace of mind.

She provided a thorough handover every morning, and I really appreciated her helpful advice and suggestions along the way. I really valued how Frankie understood my needs as a recovering mum. She was thoughtful, supportive and made those early weeks so much easier.

Frankie was also incredibly warm and friendly with our older children and quickly became a valued part of our family routine. We really miss having her around!
