About Me

Hi, I’m Laura

I’m an experienced childminder based in Whinmoor, Leeds, offering a small, home-from-home setting.

I currently have one full-time space available Monday–Thursday, 7am–5pm. If you need different hours, please feel free to get in touch as I may be able to accommodate your requirements.

I’ve been a Ofsted Registered Childminder since 2012 and, before that, I worked in nursery settings. I have experience caring for babies and young children and understand how important it is for parents to feel completely confident in the person caring for their child.

I only care for children aged 0-3years, and only have 2–3 children each day, meaning your child receives lots of individual attention and gets to enjoy a calm, relaxed environment rather than a busy setting.

We make the most of every day! We go on outings and adventures every day, whether that’s a walk, visiting local places, exploring nature or enjoying a planned day out. When the weather is nice, the children can also enjoy free-flow access from my playroom straight into the garden.

There are no extra charges for outings, nappies or meals – these are included within my hourly fee, making things simple and transparent for parents, you are of course more than welcome to provide your own nappies and meals, I just like to make things less stressful for busy parents.
