About Me

I live in Southwell with my husband and two boys.

I am a reliable, friendly person that enjoys caring for and working with young children.

My setting provides a safe and stimulating environment for children.

I have a large secure rear garden, with many toys and equipment to keep young minds occupied.

My Experience

I have ran my own business as a childminder since 2012

Over the last 25 years I have worked with children in various settings, with job titles including private nanny, nursery nurse, nursery officer-in-charge and teaching assistant.

I get great satisfaction from working with children, seeing little people gradually develop

I have a clean driving license and hold appropriate business insurance to enable me to provide a wider range of activities such as visits to parks, libraries and museums.

Qualifications
After leaving school I studied at Newark and Sherwood college, where I received a BTEC National Diploma in Nursery Nursing, (level 3) .

I have gained the mandatory IHP qualification for childminders.

I have been trained and hold a certificate in Paediatric First Aid.

My Qualifications

I am fully Ofsted registered.

I have a BTEC Natinal Diploma in Nursery Nursing (NVQ 3 equivalent)

I have completed the obligatory IHP course for childminders.

I have completed Paediatric First Aid training.
