It is hard to convey just how fantastic Sue is! Our daughter spent her first four years with Sue before starting school. In that time she thrived through Sue's nurturing environment. Warm and kind, Sue's impressive experience shines through, as she enables children in her care to learn through play and exploration. Unsurprisingly Happyhearts Childcare is rated as Outstanding by OFSTED, but it is much more than this. Sue is an amazing woman and children in her care are warmly welcomed into her home and family. Everything she offers is fantastic - from the creative opportunities to the trips out to the healthy home-cooked food. Our daughter loved every moment. This is a very special childcare setting, we cannot recommend it highly enough.

Sue has looked after my daughter for 3 years now i couldn’t ask for better, my daughter is confident, has tried things that I would never of thought of. Her manners are great thanks to sue. She has learnt so much everything for general life to writing her own name and counting. Sues home is relaxing and comfortable. I highly recommend her there’s no words to say how happy I am with my daughters progress thanks to sue.

Sue has been looking after my two children (age 2 and 4) for 6 months now and I am very pleased with the brilliant care she delivers.
A lovely homely environment, which is just what I wanted.
Sue does lots of activities with the children and they are always beaming from ear to ear telling me about all the fun they have been having...from messy play with paints and other crafts, baking, flipping pancakes, feeding the ducks, going to softplay!
Sue keeps us very informed and sends the odd picture to me of the children whilst I am at work, which is always nice to see!
I would recommend Sue to anyone. She is great with the kids and my childrens table manners and general behaviour have improved alot since they have been going!
The most important thing for me is that my children are happy and feel secure whilst I am not there and I know that they are with Sue.
