About Me
i have two grown-up children. I am also a grandmother of two children. I live in a semi detached house which has a large living room and a playroom with lots of toys and equipment for the children. There is an enclosed garden with a playhouse and other outdoor toys. I take children to playgroups, parks etc and have a double buggy which I use for school runs, as I don t drive.
I follow the EYFS Practice which helps with the development of the children as a child-minder I do observations and planning to promote a child's learning and development. I live in the Trentvale/Oakhill area just off the A34 so I'm in an ideal location for the hospitals
My Experience
I have been childminding for about 30 years from when my daughter was a child. I used to be registered by social services but now by Ofsted. I have cared for all ages of children and have various references from parents whose children have left. I regularly attend courses to improve my practice and to keep up to date
My Qualifications
I have an up to date pediatric first aid certificate, I'm fully insured also DBS checked and have lots of other certificates that I have gained since being registered by Ofsted which would be shown to parents such as healthy eating and safeguarding.
My Availability
I have full-time and part-time vacancies at the moment due to the children is now looking after are emigrating. I do school runs to Oakhill primary, St Teresa's and maybe St Johns. I can be very flexible with the time I start and finish which can be from 7.00 am until 6. 30 pm 5 days a week.

My Fees
- Babysitting from £9.00 per hour
- Childminding from £4.00 per hour
The fees would be discussed at the time when the parents come to visit me or if they ring me but are roughly about 4.00 an hour
