About Me
I'm Pauline, I work with my daughter Adele, we are both Ofsted Registered and have worked together for 11 years +. I was a childminder previously for 15+yrs and worked also in the children and family centres. Adele has worked in nurseries previously and has her own daughter, Ruby, who is 12 year old . My other daughter Joanne (aged 30) is our assistant, she has worked alongside us for the past 6 yrs. Joanne has worked in childcare settings and nurseries so is experienced and has Level 2 in Childcare. We had our Ofsted inspection again in October 2023 and we're pleased to say we was both Graded Good in all areas!
We do lots of fun activities set out, Arts and Crafts, Messy Play with daily outdoor play; weather depending. We offer a home from home environment.
We have a large garden for the children to play in which they love! We now have moved on to offer care before and after school only. We also work in half terms if required. We are available for school drop off and pick ups from Alexandra Infants; only.
We are signed up with the tax free childcare scheme. References are welcome.

My Experience
I was previously a childminder for 11 years before having my son (now 20). I then returned to childcare in 2010 then worked with Adele in 2012 as a childminder. I can give you references of children I have looked after, if you wish. I have also worked in nurseries. I have organised lots of play sessions in the children and family centres where I was the group leader. I have always worked with children I have tried other work environments but I love working with children, they give me so much joy :)
Adele is 33 years old and has her own beautiful daughter Ruby who is almost 12. Adele is also very experienced looking after children and has worked in nurseries. She has been around childminding children since she was 5 years old when I was first a childminder. She was 14 when her brother came along so helped out a lot with him.
Adele used to work in a nursery full time until she had Ruby. We have worked together as childminders for 11 years now. All the children that we are currently minding have been with us for 2-4 years and vacancies have only become available when children are due to move into school, preschool or moving out of London. *We all have an up to date DBS, these are all on the Update Service so updated annually (including household members who live here)
Myself, Adele and Joanne are Paediatric First Aid trained, which we update every three years.
