• Responsible for taking children to play groups or other social groups as required.
• Organising activities to encourage the children’s physical and emotional well-being.

• Taking children to and from school and other key appointments including swimming lessons, after school clubs and play dates.

My Experience
I was a sole charge nanny and as the children started full time Nursery and School, it adapted to a Nanny/Housekeeper role.
Whist the children were at school, my priority was to take care of household duties, to include family laundry, ironing, errands, meal preparation, general tidying and organisation, dusting and hoovering, grocery shopping.
• Cleaning up after meals.
• PA duties as required – such as post office runs, shopping, school forms, present wrapping, party planning and liaison with general workmen as needed.
• Before and after school and during the school holidays, my focus was on the children’s care, but I ensured everything remained clean and organised.
• Daily activities for the children, inside and outside the home, trips to parks, playdates, after school activities.
• Support with daily homework and reading.
• Organisation of the children’s routine and activities/diary management
• Grocery shopping and putting away as required
• Liaising with the schools and ensuring the parents were kept up to date at all times
• General household up keep, to ensure supplies were fully stocked, house organised and clutter and toys etc put away at the end of each day.
• I encouraged the children to assist in the general tidiness of their playroom and bedrooms etc
• Ensured the children were bathed and ready for bed when the parents returned home.
