My son has been attending Maryam’s for six months now, and he started when he had just turned one. It was really stressful for me to hand over my first baby, especially because he was so attached to me. Maryam made the whole settling-in process as easy as possible. She was supportive throughout, and everything went much smoother than I expected.

Now my son loves going to her. Every morning he brings me his shoes because he’s ready to go. He’s improved so much — from using cutlery to kicking a football. I really like that Maryam takes the children out every day; because of that, he became much more social and less shy. They go to playgroups, the library or the park regularly.

I truly feel that my son is in good hands and well looked after. She’s also flexible and very understanding with the challenges parents go through. I wouldn’t change Maryam for any other childminder.
