About Me
Hello there, I'm a mummy myself and I know that it is very important to parents to know as much as they can about the person that could be looking after our little monkeys, so here is a little summary:
I live with my husband Billy, my 11 yr old son Finlay and our daughter Molly who is 7 yrs old.
We have a cat called Rusty and a dog called Willow. She is a Show Type Cocker spaniel and is currently 2yrs old.
Very loving and great with the children.
We moved to Borough Green in December 2015
I have previously been a nursery teacher. I have 10 years experience working with little ones and been a childminder for nearly 11 years.
I enjoy activities including Montessori activities, jolly phonics and story telling.
I enjoy the creative side to my job and I love to make things with the children. It's just a joy to see children's faces light up with pride.
I love singing and dancing and I also share this passion with the children I would be caring for. I love having music sessions that the children love and they enjoy being musical.
We sing, we dance and we tap to the beat and above all we have fun!!
I have a good knowledge of special dietary requirements for children with allergies.
We take many trips out to the zoo, the beach and to the museum, we also take local daily trips to the library, parks and play groups
A bit about me personally..... I loved teaching and when it come to an end I was very sad but my partner and I needed to move for family commitments, then I became a nanny.
When I worked as a nanny it was for two lovely families in a nanny share arrangement for a 7 month old and two children who where 2&3yrs.
I then became pregnant myself and now I have a beautiful boy of my own called Finlay who is 10 and now Molly who is 6.
My children attend Borough Green Primary so care for children would preferably work around school run for them.

Gina is what you need if you want home from home childcare. My not so little boy is off to school soon and Gina provided the most amazing care for him before goes to school. She loved him like he was hers and I am so grateful for that.
Gina has a wide range of food available through out the day between breakfast, picnics, hot meals and snacks.
Gina provides a variety of activities and trips out for my little boy, he was lucky to go to so many play groups, playgrounds, nature walks, animal places and many more. He has seen and done so much.
My little boy still always talks about Gina and her family and is always so excited when he sees her. Thank you so much Gina for giving my little boy the best start in life before starting school.

Gina helped look after my 2 year old son whilst our regular childminder was on a few months sick leave.
Gina was brilliant and was so warm and welcoming, he was a little nervous at first with a new drop off but soon come round to the idea and he really enjoyed it there. Gina took him out on lots of fun day trips and he was well looked after. I got regular activity updates and pictures of him having fun which put my mind at rest.
He regularly asks about Gina even though he no longer attends. He made some lovely friends too!
Iād highly recommend her to anyone wanting a home from home setting with a childminder who generally cares! Thank you Gina

We have had the pleasure of Gina caring for our children since 2019, she has taught, cared about loved my children as I do and this reflects with their excitement of attending there. They go in happy and come out happy what more does a parent want!
Gina provides daily updates of photos of the children's adventures and you can see the variety of activities they get up to and just how much fun they are having. Gina is very flexible and understanding and always goes an extra mile to help and accommodate. My eldest son cried when he had to leave to go to school, Gina took him to the beach this summer and he had the best time and was over the moon he was able to go back for a fun filled day!
We really hit the jackpot with Gina and I would choose her again and again to care for our children and wouldn't recommend anyone else but her!!
Her two children are lovely and always say hello to us when out and about they have a caring nature just like their mummy. Gina is gold xx

I canāt tell you how anxious I was returning to work after my first born. I spent several weeks looking at various options but just couldnāt find anyone or anything that made me feel truly comfortableā¦ until I found Gina. From our first meeting back in December 2016 to our last day in August 2021, I knew that if I couldnāt leave my children with family then there was no one else I would trust more than her.
Gina is kind, caring and fun loving, to us she wasnāt just a childminder, she became a friend. My children loved every day they spent with her and her family. They enjoyed baking with her, Christmas pyjama parties, garden parties, painting and glueing and glittering, dressing up and trips to the park. They made cards for special occasions, had days at the farm and picnics with friends. Gina helped with potty training, mastering day time naps and fussy eating aswell as helping to teach number, colours and nursery rhymes. The list is endless!
I cannot recommend her enough, it was an absolute blast for my children and a privilege (and in all honesty a relief for me!) to have her in our lives.

We met Gina in March 2019 after a really awful experience with a previous childminder and I was quickly put at ease by Gina's kind, caring nature. She was willing to go above and beyond to ensure my little boy had a smooth transition to his new wonderful setting wherein he was cared for in a loving, warm and fun environment. Gina has such a brilliant personality and has the children following at her feet wherever she goes.
Gina planned wonderful excursions for the little ones and had a great support network of fellow childminders in the area so that the children could learn social skills still in a home setting and she also did some wonderful arts and crafts at home too (I still have most of them saved up because they are so special).
I would highly recommend Gina to look after your precious children as if they were her own. I wish we could have kept Gina forever! ā¤ļø
