Our son was with Gisele at the Tick Tock Childminders for 2 1/2 years, and we were extremely happy with our experience - and most importantly, so was our son. Gisele's house is a home away from home and we love that his interests are nurtured by Gisele and the team. But equally important to us as parents is knowing that each day he is introduced to a wide breadth of games, creative tasks, and learning activities that broaden his horizons; we always look forward to picking him up and being shown an exciting new creative project that he's made and learning what he has been up to during the day.

Communication with Gisele and the team is always easy and clear, and any questions we may have are always answered on the day. It's been a real joy watching our son become an increasingly independent little person. As well as the strong bonds that he has with Gisele and the team, he has forged a great many friendships with the other children who attend Tick Tock Childminders, which is a testament to the caring environment where importance is placed on helping the children build positive relationships with one another.

The best childminder in the area!

Gisele and her team have been instrumental in helping my boys grow in their confidence and build on their milestones. My oldest has just started Reception and because of Gisele’s hard work and dedication to the children he was fully prepared to start school. Gisele and the team always ensure to provide the best care for the children, lots of creative activities are planned and home cooked delicious meals are made everyday! She even managed to get my picky eater to improve his eating habits! Any time we had a query or worry, Gisele always reassured us and offered support along the way. As a teacher, it’s always harder to find someone to look after your child and as a mum you always worry but leaving my boys at Gisele is like leaving them with family. Thank you so very much for everything you’ve done for my boys. We are truly blessed to have found you and the team.

Great childminder: creative, great food and space!

Our little boy has just finished 3 years with Giselle and her team. He's gone from a baby to a confident little boy. He's loved the setting and built close attachments to the team there, LOVES the food and outdoor space.
He's formed close friendships and is very able to share; a testement to the culture they create in this setting.
Thoughtful crafts around key calender moments and endless creativity with activities, which we get to see on the daily photos uploaded, which we loved.

Really recommend this family setting.

Gisele is the best!

We wanted our children to feel like they were at home even after we had to return back to work, and this is exactly what Gisele and her team have provided. The children get plenty of cuddles, lots of fun play, the perfect balance of gentle discipline and are stretched to learn in a way that is comfortable for their age group. As a teacher myself I spent hours researching the right provider and I’m so glad we settled on Gisele. Our children have thrived in her care!

Gisele is great and made me feel very comfortable leaving my daughter with her. We have moved home and I just know I will not find another like Gisele. Thank you, we miss you! Highly recommended and great environment for your child to explore and strive.

My childminder for the last 5 years

We have known Gisele for over five years. During that time she has provided exceptional care for both our kids, looking after them since they were babies.
Unfortunately, we're living far away.
Both were collected from home by Gisele ,often forgetting to say goodbye as he runs through the door!
Gisele is extremely considerate of the children's needs, tailoring activities to suit their interests and always striving to move them on with their learning. Gisele's exceptional care.
They have made such special friendships there and Gisele has become such an important person in their lives.
We highly recommend Gisele.xxx

Very positive,creative person

As a parent it isn't easy leaving your child with someone or trusting someone.Giselle is blessed with an ability to gain your trust in almost no time .
she is the best thing i could have asked for my daughter Monica who was 9 moths
Giselle got along very well and i have no complaints and concerns whatsoever.
.My heart was always full when I picked up my child,she was happy to been there and that smile.....
