My Requirements
My 10 year old is a bright autistic child, who is struggling with accessing mainstream school. She has been unable to go to school as she struggles with change, and the frequent changes throughout the day make her anxious. We are looking for someone who can come for a couple of hours a day, take her outside for fresh air and help her engage in some homeschooling. She will not require much help with completing the work, but she'll need encouragement to engage in the first place. A parent will be present at home, but both myself and my husband work full time and unsurprisingly, she is reluctant to complete any work with us.

Ellie is reliable, kind, happy and a real joy to have in our home. Both my girls adore her and she is a member of our family. I highly recommend meeting with Ellie, my eldest is very shy, and doesn't do well with new people but during her interview, my daughter wouldn't leave her side. The had an instant bond. For us, we just wanted to know that our kids are loved and respected in our presence. Will Ellie we know they are. She sends us regular updates, with pictures, and the day is always fun packed.
We currently have Ellie with us on a tues and weds but are willing to be flexible if it means we can keep her and find her another family.
