Mum of three gorgeous girls aged 13, 10 and 6.
My Requirements
We are looking for an understanding Nanny to support our three girls who are struggling with accessing mainstream education, and are currently out of school. We are looking for someone who would encourage more physical activity, taking the girls out to the park daily, or out anywhere really. The older two girls are expected to spend two hours per day on home learning, but this is self directed, they just need encouragement to undertake it.
It would suit someone who has their own primary aged children, as the hours are ideally 9:30-2:30. However, these hours are flexible dependant on the right fit.

Ellie is reliable, kind, happy and a real joy to have in our home. Both my girls adore her and she is a member of our family. I highly recommend meeting with Ellie, my eldest is very shy, and doesn't do well with new people but during her interview, my daughter wouldn't leave her side. The had an instant bond. For us, we just wanted to know that our kids are loved and respected in our presence. Will Ellie we know they are. She sends us regular updates, with pictures, and the day is always fun packed.
We currently have Ellie with us on a tues and weds but are willing to be flexible if it means we can keep her and find her another family.
