I am a very experienced (13 years) and qualified nanny. Experience I gained as a nanny/baby-sitter as well as a mother gave me confidence and knowledge about children's needs, growth and overall development. I know how children should be treated, what they need to reach their potential, how to organize welcoming and friendly environment where a child feels safe, happy and valued. I believe that caring for children means spending time with them, planning lots of stimulating and fun activities and ,indeed, planning must be flexible and based on child's age, abilities and interests.
