About Me
My name is Renee Smith I am an ofsted registed childminder and have had my own childcare business for 28 years, I have two grown up children aged 32 and 29 who have moved on with grandchildren I also care for. I live with my partner on Roxby Close off Hilton Lane Walkden,
I am a happy bubbly person who loves children, I am from a very large loving family and consider myself a loving capable childminder with many years experience.
I attend several local mum and toddler groups activty centres playgrounds and fun houses to provide a variety of activities as well as a nice home, with a loving friendly atmosphere, providing a valuable one to one care with children and babies.
I have gained a qualiification, an nvq level 3, in childcare at college, continually do all the necessary training courses, regular safeguarding and first aid.
i dont currently do after school runs anymore.,
I usually offer 2/3 year old funding , and rated as a good childminder by Ofsted, inspected in May 2018.
My Experience
26 years as a registerd childminder, with of course my own family experiance.
My Qualifications
Apart from the several gcses . Several training courses we attend as childminders, incuding first aid, health and safety and food hygeine, i have also gained an NVQ level 3 qualification in childcare, at college.
My Availability
I am available four days a week except wednesday from 7..30am, to 5.pm and live off hilton lane walkden and currently will have one fir four days for a child over 12 months old. I have a waiting list for new babies for next year.
