We are going to miss Mags so much. Our daughter has been going to Mags the last few years and she has loved going there and playing with her friends.
She always come home with a smile after doing lots of activities or a day trip.
Choosing the right childminder is always tough but with Mags there was an instant bond and we knew we had a great childminder. I can't recommend her enough.

Absolutely the best!!

Mags looked after our son 4 days a week from 1 year old up until he started infant school.

All the children in the setting adore Mags! She’s fun, caring and always there for a cuddle. At the same time they all respect her and know that she is the boss - the perfect dynamic.

The setting is home from home and relaxed for everyone. Mags is happy to work with parents with naps (and dropping them), potty training, getting them to eat veg etc to help create consistency at home and in the setting.

As a first time mum, Mags has always been there to reassure me and give help and advice. She’s a fountain of knowledge and what she doesn’t know isn’t worth knowing.

Absolutely fantastic

Our eldest daughter attended Mags House from 9 months until she was almost 3, she absolutely loved her time there and still talks about Mags now. She only no longer attends because we moved away.
,
The main reason we chose Mags house was the homely environment, we loved that the whole family was involved and our daughter had a strong attachment with each of them. It was the home away from home we wanted.

Mags was always great fun engaging with the children, but had strong boundaries so the children knew what to expect. They had many a fun day out and Mags was a fantastic support during the first lockdown lending us toys and making up craft packs to help us keep them entertained.

Mags' meals were always the best too with a fantastic variety of home-cooked options.

Amazing

My daughter started last september with mags and had a bad temper and very stubborn. However once she started with mags her temper calmed down and she is much better with other children. Her speech has come along so much as well as other areas of her development. My daughter absolutely loves mags and loved going there every week. She has also been a massive support for myself with my daughter as well as my other children. By far the best move I made sending my little girl to her 😁

Epic

Mags has now looked after both of my boys (6) and (3). She is one of kind and will always go above and beyond for you, she is kind, caring and patient and couldn’t recommend her enough. My boys have adored her as have I. Wicked sense of humour and always there for you as a family unit and shows amazing compassion and love. 🧡Mags has helped me navigate my youngest sons allergies like a complete pro and have every faith in her wonderful abilities!

Above and beyond

Mags has cared for both of my children and has done a magnificent job, both with their overall development and physical well-being. I reluctantly have to give Mags up due to logistical reasons but I would highly recommend Mags to anyone looking for a safe and warm environment for their children. My children absolutely love Mags and I am certain they will miss her and her family immensely. Her setting is truly outstanding, with a range of toys to entertain and to educate. Mags has also supported me in many ways over the years, going above and beyond her duty. After working with her, I would be proud to call her a friend.

Great Childminder

Our son started with Mags at just 8 months old and as a first time parent I was nervous about leaving him for the first time with someone new, but my husband and I knew that it was the right choice as soon as we met Mags.

We were looking for a home from home setting that was friendly, intimate and had strong educational values and we found all of this with Mags.

She always makes sure that she has the right equipment and toys for each milestone/age, and she takes them out on trips and days out which the children just love.

Our son was with Mags for over a year and we unfortunately had to move him due to a house move, however we still keep in contact and visit which is testament to the relationship that she built with our son and our family. She is a lovely lady with a lovely family and they really made my son feel part of it.

Simply wonderful

My son started with Mags when he was 10 months old. He is a strong willed young man, Mags has been integral in making him a polite young boy. She is now part of my family.

Best childminder in the world

My two daughters Jessica,aged 7 and Erin aged 3 years,stated at Mags house in January of last year,as I was going back to work.. At the time I was feeling very nervous and anxious but I needn't had worried because Mags had made everything feel right and I went to work each day feeling happy knowing that my girls were in the safest and happiest place... As time went on Mags not only became a fantastic friend to my girls,who thought the world of her ( couldn't get them to come home,on a daily basis), she became a great friend to me too,always there for me,especially when times were hard,going through Depression and difficult times at home,she always made sure my girls and myself were always happy,safe and really looked after ..Mags always made the girls days fun and full of different activities,they went on lovely outings and adventures but I have to say the best part of everyday for my girls,so I was told was LUNCH TIME,yes a proper home cooked meal,no expense spared and a yummy pud too .. Mags kept a diary book of all the girls activities and outings,with photos and developmental ages and stages charts,which were lovely to see and comment on each month,the girls really enjoyed looking at what they had done and where they had been.. I would highly recommend Mags to be your child's childminder,you would not only get the best childcare in the country but a great friend for life xxx

Nobody better!

My youngest son (1) has been with Mags since May 2012 and my eldest (5) during holidays.

I am extremely lucky to have found such a great carer who has alleviated my past experiences of childminders. Both boys enjoy being in Mag's setting immensely and come home totally exhausted everytime, as the activities vary so widely.

Mags' house is fantastic and her family are very welcoming. She has a great attitude to her job and the children she looks after. The children all seem to really enjoy their time with her.

I would highly recommend Mags to anybody looking for childcare.
