Annette and Eddie!!!
We are grateful we got the opportunity to have Oliwia cared for by you.
I think there are not that many people in the business who are so flexible and accommodating!!!! Angels!!!!

It is almost a year since our journey began and we feel like we wouldn't find a better match and better place for Oliwia. It is not just babysitting. They have a development plan in place and they will work hard towards helping your child to grow. They are both very passionate and professional, always going an extra mile to accommodate the needs of each child. It is mesmerizing to watch how our daughter learns to communicate with us. She definitely speaks more English than Polish:) The most caring and kind people. Oliwia just loves coming to the setting. Everyday is a new adventure for Oliwia - from daily playgroup to trips to zoo or even Windsor.
We feel like a part of a family. I love seeing Aneettes and Eddie’s kids being involved in entertaining thr kids. I think her first word after mama and dada was Elijah:)

There are no words we can use that describe how grateful we are.

The best

Our little boy has been with Annette and Eddie for around 6 months now. I’m so happy with the service and the level of care and attention. Our son always has a wonderful time. Lots of fun day trips and activities all of the time which we get pictures and updates sent and is very reassuring and a lovely added touch. Annette and Eddie are amazing, always happy to answer any questions, really take pride in what they do and are really great caring people. I couldn’t ask for more, thank you both so much xx

Happy baby, happy parents

Our first meeting with Annette was face-to-face, and we could see immediately her passion for caring for children. She put us at ease and addressed our questions, and importantly, our little boy really took to her. She then met with us at our home to get to know our son in his own environment. The settling-in process went very smoothly: our baby very quickly became comfortable with Annette and Edward, and they kept us updated of his progress via WhatsApp – this was particularly reassuring, as this was the first time that he had been away from us for a prolonged period of time. We have been with Annette and Edward for almost 2 months, and our son seems to have settled in really well. He is eating well, experiencing a variety of fun activities, and is in great spirits when we collect him every day. Thank you for taking such great care of our precious boy! x

Wonderful

Me and my son met Annette today for our first face to face meeting. What a wonderful experience right from the beginning. It was a lovely warm welcome and felt at ease straight away, the love she has for what she and her husband do shone brightly, she was very informative of the services offered and had such a lovely approach it really was a pleasure. Hi ,i just meet Annete today ,she was a childminder from St Albans,our face to face meeting wad absolutley great ,she understend me really well all my fear and concerns and she is a very warm and kind person .She found a solution for all my problems .My doughter really like her from the first meeting.

We will miss you

We have been with annette and Eddie since April 2021 and have found them to be a caring, flexible and experienced childcare service.

Our son teddie has thoroughly enjoyed his time there and visibly is happy and always smiling to see them. Annette and Eddie are responsive and engaging and provide a stimulating and varied setting and activities for children there. Teddie has a dairy allergy and annette has always provided information on any developments and ensured he is given meals that are tailored to his needs.

They are good communicators and always advise of any issues and help provide solutions and are flexible when parents have the occasional issue at home. They provided regular updates via the app and photos on a daily basis so you can really see what the children are up to. They treat them to many trips out and give each child equal and important care and time.

If anyone is needing childcare we cannot recommend annette and Eddie highly enough. They treat the the children as their own and really do support and look after them and help them develop. We are moving away from the area which is the only reason why we are changing providers otherwise we would be staying with them for a long time. Tracy and james

Absolute Godsend

We have been trying to find childcare for our 10 month old for around 6 months, and we had honestly been struggling day to day to keep a work/life balance. We luckily came across Annette and Eddie’s profile and since then it’s like a weight has been lifted. From our first interaction to our little ones first day, everything has been perfect and so reassuring. We cannot thank Annette enough for really taking the time to explain who she is, the ethos of her childcare and really listening to us and our needs. We found that the lead up to our little ones first day was so informative, with detailed information provided, and Annette ensured that all necessary paperwork was completed. When his first day came around of course there was slight apprehension, he is a lockdown baby so has only ever been looked after by us. However, the minute we arrived and he saw Annette, he had the biggest smile on his face….not even a single tear or glance back! We received regular updates throughout the day, keeping us at ease. Once home, we then received a detailed diary of his food, activities and sleep whilst he was in Annette and Eddie’s care. We can’t thank you enough and look forward to developing a relationship with you as our little one grows.

LOOK NO FURTHER!

I could not have asked for a better person to take care of my children, with being a single parent of four , Annette has brought structure into our home, everything you look for in a child minder she has , she's patient , caring and has the best interest of each child at heart. She has helped us more then you could imagine , if you need that help or guidance with your child she is the best person to have, I promise you, you will not regret it and you will see your child blossom in all areas, meet her and see for yourself , I have not met someone with a bigger heart then hers. ❤️

Fantastic Pair!

Annette and Eddie have been looking after our little girl for 18 months now and I cannot express how happy we are that we found them. We appreciate the time and effort lillies has put into her individual growth. All through the onboarding process, to understanding family needs and amazing communication, I cannot say enough about how warm and professional they are! They have created such a fun and warm environment for our little one to flourish and have really put our minds at ease. She had gone through potty training, learning her letters and numbers here and also working on all social aspects of interacting with her peers. We are so pleased with her progress. I would recommend Lillies 10 times over.

We are sad to say that our little girl will be leaving this setting due to a house move but I know the next little one to take this spot with be happy and well nurtured in this setting.

Fantastic setting and caring childminders

Annette and Eddie are brilliant childminders, they cater to our son's needs and for every individual child. He is well looked after by them. It is comforting to know when we commute to London that they communicate well with us, if there are any problems we have a WhatsApp chat which they send regular pictures and updates on. the food and activity charts online are updated daily so we are aware what our child has been doing and they are always doing different things and helping children develop through inquisitive play or trips out. Punctual, clean and tidy our son is learning good habits from them like brushing his hair! Would highly recommend as a setting. from Tracy and James
