Fantastic childminder

Anne-Marie has looked after our daughter since she was 14 months old. She is now 3 and half
She provides top class care and the children have so many wonderful experience from library visits to play parks. She takes them to museums, forest school , community gardens and many events across the local area. They are given lots of opportunities to develop lots of skills. Our daughter has truly thrived in Anne-Marie's care. She loves her days with Anne-Marie and it is a home away from home.

Home from home

We have been lucky enough to have Annemarie involved in our son's life for over 2 years now. Going back to work during Covid-19 meant I was worried about my son struggling to socialise and form relationships while keeping safe from Covid-19, I needn't have been! Annemarie took him into her lovely home, nurtured and cared for him like one of her own, following all Covid-19 guidance in place - now when asked about his family he names Annemarie and her family alongside his parents and siblings! As my son has a food allergy this was an important consideration in looking for childcare, Annemarie was well educated on all things allergy management and continues to be vigilant in ensuring my son has as many options as the other children and is safe in making food choices for himself as he has gotten older and develops his independence. Annemarie maintains excellent contact with us as a family providing regular updates on what my son is getting up to with her and continues to be actively involved in his life as he grows. We would have been completely lost without Annemarie and know my son loves his time with her and would not be the happy, confident young boy he is growing to be.

Simply amazing

I don’t have enough words to express how awesome you are as our childminder, to be honest I hate calling you that as you are so much more. You’ve had my daughter from 10 months old, she doesn’t know life without you and I hope she never will. I will never underestimate the part you have played in raising a beautiful, kind & funny little girl. As an only child she has found an extended family with you and all the lucky kids that have been in your care over the years. You have created a home from home environment for our daughter where she has felt safe and secure to explore her personality, you have supported our core values encouraging kindness and lovely manners. You are flexible and accommodating and this has allowed us build careers without worrying about childcare or worrying about our daughters happiness. Your energy and passion for kids is inspiring over the years I have listening to our daughter tell me all about the wonderful friendships she’s made and the many adventures you have gone on together; from playing in the snow in winter, finding all the best parks in spring to trips to the beach in summer and making crafts in autumn you will always be a big part of her story .
